A day at Góc Hoa

Opening, the shift huddle, the first-cup tasting, shift close and lock-up, all in rhythm.

Guests praise The Hoa for being meticulous. That word does not live in any one special cup. It lives in a store that opens the right way, forgets nothing mid-shift, and closes so that tomorrow starts tidy again.

This module follows one day at the store, from switching the lights on to locking the door. The content is the checklist the store already uses, rewritten so it is easy to remember. The full printed version you fill in by hand each shift is still the one on the counter.

If you are a staff member, these are the tasks you sign for in the "Done by" column. If you are a manager or a franchise partner, these are the tasks you sign for in the "Checked by" column. One list, two roles.
