Packaging and long-distance delivery

The packaging is the first thing the guest sees

Many guests take a photo before drinking. The packaging is free advertising for the store, but only when it is packed beautifully and the cup arrives intact.

The right cup type

• Machine-brewed tea, Trà Dưỡng (the herbal tea line), coffee, matcha, fruit drinks: the short plastic cup.
• Milk tea: the double-wall paper cup.
• Hot drinks: always a paper cup, with the straw made for hot cups.

Pack it securely

• Lid pressed fully shut before handover. Plastic cups get the spill guard.
• Cups standing upright, neatly in the middle of the bag.
• Two-cup bag: the two cups balanced, not tilted, not touching each other.
• Four-cup paper bag: with the cup carrier, ice not touching the wall of the paper bag.
• Twelve-cup box: stacked in layers, held firmly, count the cups again against the order.

Long-distance orders

• Farther than 5km: use the cup carrier and the plastic bag, not the paper bag.
• Pearls and foam go in separate tubs.
• Press the lid shut once more.

Common mistakes

• Putting cups in a paper bag for long-distance delivery, the bottom gets wet and gives way.
• Packing in a hurry when busy, cups tilted, bag creased.
• Forgetting the wish card. Flower sticker crooked, covering the logo.
• Milk tea poured into a plastic cup by mistake, hot drinks poured into a plastic cup by mistake.

Take this with you. One badly packed order loses the photo the guest was about to share. The busier it is, the more you should slow down one beat to pack.
