What is The Hoa?

An easy introduction, just enough story

Start with what the guest wants to know

“What do you sell here?” is usually what a guest asks to find a drink. A short introduction with specific flavors helps them choose faster.

You could say:

The Hoa specializes in machine-brewed Vietnamese tea, served plain or as milk tea. Each tea base has its own aroma, like jasmine, lotus or roasted rice. Would you prefer something floral or the nutty taste of roasted rice?

The guest now knows what the store sells and has an easy question to answer so they can keep choosing.

The brand introduction line

The Hoa is a new-generation Vietnamese tea brand.

Here, “new-generation” shows in how the tea is selected, scented, brewed and enjoyed. Vietnamese tea is still the core; flowers and local produce open up more aroma signatures; the Teapresso helps control quality as each cup is brewed.

When the guest wants to hear more, you can tell them:

We use Vietnamese tea as the base, scent it with flowers and local produce, then brew it fresh with the Teapresso. Each drink is tuned so the tea aroma is clear and the sweetness and milk suit the tea base.

Pick one point related to the drink the guest is looking at, then explain it. One clear thing is often more memorable than a long list.

And what about the name “The Hoa”?

In the brand story, “The” suggests a distinct mark that can be recognized. “Hoa” (flower) connects to the floral inspiration in the tea and the respect for what makes each person unique.

You can tell it briefly like this:

The name The Hoa brings to mind a flower with its own character. We also want each tea base to have an aroma signature that you can recognize once you taste it.

This is how to talk about the brand name. When talking about the ingredients of a specific drink, we rely on the information for that drink.

Say it in your own voice

You can change how you address the guest and the rhythm of your speech so it feels natural. Just keep the three key points: Vietnamese tea, a distinct aroma signature, brewed fresh with the Teapresso.
